I love a good maxi skirt. This is a look I like when I want to look like I put in effort with actually giving minimal efforts. I think the length of the skirt makes the outfit seem more “elegant” for a lack of a better word. Its super easy and comfortable paired with a simple white T-Shirt. The T-shirt is from H&M. What I love about this shirt it that it is cut for petite build. You can’t tell from the picture, but it falls just a bit below my belly button. The skirt is from Kohl’s.

This is a beautiful Loft mixed media dress. What I love about it (besides the pockets obviously) is that it’s versatile. In the picture above I am just leaving church and then spent the rest of the day doing a little shopping. However, you could dress this up with a pair of heels and accessories and wear it to a bridal shower! Possibilities are endless 😉 The dress feels light and flowy. It has been roasting the past few days! It’s time for the mini-skirt to make it’s debut! I really like the look of this Free People skirt and the quality of the fabric. Plus it has pockets. I bought this Self Esteem blouse last summer. The material is very light and I love the detail on the trim. It also has cute bow on the back. Lastly, I completed this outfit with a pair of Universal Thread platforms. The color and espadrille caught my eye! They are perfect for summer. I love that platforms are back in style. This is a casual go-to of mine this summer when I’m feeling like being comfortable yet still trendy. Nothing I’m wearing in this photo is originally mine haha. The shorts are a hand-me-down from a friend and the shirt is my husband’s. I like this shirt because its thin and long, making it easy to tie a knot in front of it. Today the only place I went to was the grocery store, but I didn’t feel like putting on a standard t-shirt. I love flowy tops like this, because they’re comfortable, easy to pull-on and need minimal accessories. It’s perfect for when you still want to look cute, but don’t want to put in the effort. Also, it was very hot today so this sheer top was very cool. One of my go-to’s during the summer is a dress. Its a one piece that pulls everything together and just needs little to none accessories to look put together. Hey everyone! The past couple of weeks have been so beautiful and its finally starting to feel like summer!
