Floral flowing skirt/Tassel earrings/ Platforms

Hey everyone! The past couple of weeks have been so beautiful and its finally starting to feel like summer! Although most of my summer will be spent socially distancing and working from home, I believe you should do a little something for yourself to achieve some sort of normalcy (I know my downstate New Yorkers feel me!). For me that’s taking every opportunity to dress up, accessorize, and combine key pieces of clothes to make new outfits. I’m looking so forward to sharing them with all of you in this blog 🙂

Okay so enough about me and on to the outfit. LET”S GO!

• Skirt. I am in LOVE with mid to long flowy skirts! It’s fun yet still adds a little sophistication to the outfit (which is what being 30 is all bout right?! 😉 ) This one is so comfortable and light which makes it perfect for a hot day. Now for all my petite ladies out there, I am 5’2, so if I can make a long skirt work, YOU can make a long skirt work! One of my favorite places to shop for petites is Loft. • Shoes. I found these lovely platforms at Target. I went for a stroll in them and they are pretty comfortable. They have a chunky look but I feel like they are still versatile enough to go with many outfits. I also like that they make my feet look small…anyone else know what I mean? Just me?
  The seven year old in me is squealing with exciting that platforms are making another comeback. Spice Girls, anyone?
• Earrings. I love tassel earrings. They’re so much fun and I think a great addition to any summer outfit!
